Changing Your Perspective

Often we look through the window of our life from the same angle. Patterns repeat themselves and it can be difficult to cope with the   inevitable challenges of life using unhelpful, yet familiar belief systems and reactions. Sometimes we need to find exceptions to our     problematic story and in doing so ascribe new meaning and purpose to our circumstances. The smallest changes can often bring about   the greatest results especially in terms of how we see ourselves and our relationships.
